STRATEGIES
Tax Advantages of a Donor-Advised Fund
You’re not giving to charity for the tax benefits – you’re giving because you want to make an impact on the causes and communities that matter most to you. That does not mean tax advantages do not matter.
Aligned With Your Faith
As Catholics, we are called to be good stewards, protect human life, and promote human dignity. At Knights of Columbus Charitable Fund, we take this calling very seriously. This is why we seek to ensure that your investment allocation and your grant recommendations don’t conflict with our Catholic faith.
Contributing Non-Cash Assets
Through KCCF, you have the opportunity to make contributions of non-cash assets. Often referred to as illiquid or complex assets, non-cash assets can range from tangible property like real estate to publicly traded securities.
Guiding Principles
From the very beginning of the Church generosity has been a main pillar of our faith. In fact, St. Paul the Apostle said it best, “Each must do as already determined without sadness or compulsion for God loves a cheerful giver” (2 Corinthians 9:7). Creating us in his image and likeness God made us to be generous beings.
